MANAGING DIRECTOR – Mr Law Kim Ching

Mr Law Kim Ching has over 24 years of industry experience in Petrochemical, Oil  & Gas, and industrial automation in particularly the liquid and gas flow  measurement systems for FPSO and FSO. He graduated as an electrical engineer  from University Malaya in 1988 and subsequently obtained his master degree in  business administration from the same university with Best Student award in 1996.

He started as Project Engineer in the Oil & Gas industries specializing in  Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) application for emergency shutdown systems and plant automation. He was then extended his involvement into Flow Metering Application for crude oil and natural gas industries. He was a pioneer in promoting the ideas of fabrication of Flow Metering Skid locally in Malaysia and is heavily involved in developing Flow Computer and supervisory software application as a total solution. He then moved on to a senior managerial position in a local multinational company. He has started his own company in 2005 and is currently providing products and services to the oil & gas industries.


 

OPERATION DIRECTOR – Ms Tan Seok Hien

ms-tan(s)3 Ms Tan Seok Hien has over 18 years of industry experience in various functions in  particularly the quality assurance and production management. She graduated as a  chemical engineer and obtained a master degree in business administration. She s  started as Quality Assurance personnel in plastic industry and then moved on to a  multinational chemical industry. She has vast experience in setting up and  maintaining a quality system, in accreditation with certification bodies. Besides,  she has also extensive experience in conducting quality training at all levels.

 Her involvement in the production management started in the set-up of copper tube manufacturing. She established the production control system and then after computerized it as part of the enterprise resource planning system. Her highest achievement was realized by setting up lamp and switches operation at an automotive parts industry, and the establishment of the export division which comprised 15% of the group revenue. Her experience covers R&D, procurement, warehousing, subcontracting, delivery and customer service. She has over five years’ experience in full time training in production and quality related fields. She has a certificate in Vocational Education and Training (CVET/Box Hill, Australia), which is based on competency-based and student-centered learning principles. She is also registered with PSMB as qualified trainer for corporations as well as the Industrial Skill Enhancement Program and WTTP.


 

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR – Mr Lee Te Hua

Mr Lee Te Hua has over 12 years of working experience in various industries before starting his company TH IT RESOURCE CENTRE SDN BHD. He graduated as an electrical engineer in 1988 and has since worked in the semiconductor and telecommunication industries. During his working life, he has traveled to many different countries and has gained a lot of valuable experiences.

In 1999 he became a fulltime businessman and has since develop a strong business network and is now the leader in the industry. Mr Lee is innovative, hands on and resourceful and has in-depth knowledge of market requirement.


 

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR – Ir Tu Yong Eng

Tu2 Ir. Tu Yong Eng is a Professional Engineer and an amateur Mathematician. He has  vast experience in Civil and Structural, Design and Construction as well as  Training and Education after he graduated from Malaya University as a civil  engineer in 1988 and obtained a master degree in science in 1991.

 Ir. Tu is the sole proprietor of engineering consulting firm, YL Design Consultancy  Services and directors of many companies in the related fields. He is actively  involved in the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia (IEM) both in the advisory and  management role, and has been the council member of IEM since 2008. His views are respected and adopted in many technical issues dissolved by IEM. He is also the technical committee member of drafting Malaysian Standards, which include MS EN 1993-1-1, MS EN 1998, standard for Malaysian Wind Code, Demolition Work, Construction Practices and Steel for Structural Purposes under SIRIM.

His involvement in the training and education started ever since his secondary education as he is enthusiastic to share his knowledge and he believes in continuous learning and enrichment. He teaches at schools and colleges; and at public level, he assists in organizing technical seminars and conferences and participates as speaker. His contribution to education is evident as he is also the member of Industry Advisory Panel for both Faculty of Information and Communication Technology at University Tunku Abdul Rahman and Faculty of Engineering (Civil) at University Malaya.

To enhance technical competency and to encourage research environment, Ir. Tu has taken a step further by publishing many papers and reports on civil and structural, design and construction as well as mathematics, both locally and internationally.
